There is no need for you to suffer in silence. I am passionate about helping you so please get in touch and start your journey towards a more fulfilled life.

Welcome

My name is Lucy Bendle and for over 30 years I have been a practising physiotherapist.

Throughout my career I have amassed a wealth of experience and have worked in the UK and South Africa.

During my time in South Africa I  worked with a national sporting team and served on the executive committee of the South African Society of Physiotherapy.  I also represented them at the Africa conference and the World Confederation for Physical Therapy conferences.

I am passionate about the difference physiotherapy can make to a patient’s life.

For many years I have had a clinical interest in pelvic health and am constantly striving to empower patients stricken by this “hidden problem”.

I am a keen long distance runner.  I have ran marathons and ultra-marathons and have seen great results when treating patients with running and exercise related injuries.

I have worked for the NHS and in private practice throughout my years as a physiotherapist.

I am passionate about helping people in pain get better and achieve their goals in life.
